Youda Games, after releasing a number of rather successful simulation games, decided to try and create a hidden object title for Mac. I should say they have done very good job with this one - and so I'm presenting Youda Legend to your attention. You come to Amsterdam. Not knowing why and what for. Not knowing what you are going to do there. But determined to find some adventures and solve a couple of mysteries. Though being absolutely linear, the game play still addictive and challenging. In each scene there are regular items and inventory items that later on will be used in a puzzle mini-game. So, if you are looking for a well-balanced, nice drawn and diverse hidden object game, Youda Legend: The Curse of the Amsterdam Diamond for Mac is a good choice. |

Dream Chronicles: The Chosen Child is exactly what you think of - another release of a hit game for Mac from KatGames and PlayFirst. The game is no worse than its predecessors. You'll enjoy the content as well as the form without a doubt. The game begins with Faye waking up with no recollection of her past or who she really is, except that she keeps having dreams that she has a husband and a daughter who's taken by the Fairy Queen of Dreams. Guided by a good-looking man who communicates with her through a crystal ball (those who have played previous games will quickly figure out who it is), Faye sets out to save her child once more. |

Rangy Lil's Wild West Adventure is a hidden object game for Mac from Gameshastra that puts you in Lil's boots as she tracks her sleazo ex across the desert. The game does its best to remain authentic to the time period, which unfortunately winds up working against it. Rangy Lil is a tough-as-nails cowgirl who's not afraid of anything - not even her ex-husband Bob, who conks her on the head one night and disappears into the hills with their two children. You don't have to be a mother to know what comes next. She'll need help from a few friends along the way, but nothing's going to stop Lil from getting her kids back. |

Those who were fans or at least didn't mind watching the television show House, M.D. will appreciate the work done by Gunnar Games in Elizabeth Find M.D. - Diagnosis Mystery for Mac. The game has its character as well as many puzzles and medical-themed mini-games. Yes, the game play scheme here is so very much like in the television show. You get a patient with something that seems to be as simple as a cold but then you realise that it's much more serious. The game is a really good option for those who enjoy a good hidden object game with different kinds of puzzles in between all together wrapped into nice audio-visuals and unique story. |
