This title is one of the top ones. The series is known for well done hidden object puzzle adventure games. Dark Tales: Edgar Allan Poe's The Masque of the Red Death is no exception. The game follows the modern trends of the genre very well. The game retells (or replays) you one of the stories by Edgar Allan Poe. This one is quite interesting since it is about justice, and justice is something that requires devine wisdom to be found. A French town is tortured by a man in a mask. That's what you hear when you are sent there and tasked to solve. But that's not what you find out from teh local citizens as they rejoice over the panishment for the officials. It's up to you to find the justice here!
Gardernscapesis the well known name in the hiden object games genre. There have been several releases: Gardenscapes, Farmscapesand Mansion Makeover. All of them fall in this special category of bright and joyful games of the genre, which is trully rare. Gardenscapes 2 takes the series to the new level making it more personal. This new part of the story that introduces you to Austin's (main charater) family and childhood is a really nice twist to attract more fans. The old ones will love it even more, and the new ones for sure will fall in love for the first time. You go to the place where he grew up and you are callenges to bring order and restore it. It is not possible for this to go without coming across some photos and other items that bring back memories.
Human race is strangely attracted to the stories whre you can go back in time and fix something in the past. I guess, it is our strong desire to be able to control our lives even when we've already failed or made a mistake. Anyways, in Redemption Cemetery: Salvation of the Lost Collector's Edition, you are to fix somebody else's past to rotect your present and future. The game takes you to a spooky cementery as you ride on a subway. The place looks abandoned and ceepy, but it is still attractive and interesting to explore. But the reason you are there is not to enjoy the trip, you are to help the lost souls there. A strange lady form a different world urges you to do that having kidnapped your dog. It is up to you now to go and fix some of the things in the past if you want to get out and get back to your normal life.
There have been many stories written and many movies made about a group of people that reunites after a while. Small Town Terrors: Pilgrim's Hook Collector's Edition is about coming back to your hometown. But it doesn't matter what you've achieved but what you will do for the town when it desparately needs help. The game is about you coming to rescue your twin brother and other residents of the town that has been tortured by an evil force. The lurking comes from the deep of the ocean. Some of the residents have fallen victims, others are mad because of everything that's going on. Your twin brother calls you out for help.
As you can guess from the title, this game is another release in a series. Empress of the Deep 3: Legacy of the Phoenix is story of a young woman and all the discoveries and challenges and adventures she goes through. This third game takes off where the last one ended. Our main character, Anna (to me she really reminds one of the moms fromDance Moms, which is kind of sweet) is challenged again to save her own tribe from a cursed Colossus. First, she needs to find it. Jacob is going to be your guide again.
Strange Cases: The Faces of Vengeance is another release in the game series, but you do not have to go back and play the previous one (if you haven't yet) in order to be familiar with the characters or the plot. You are to play as an FBI agent, Claire Ellery, who is now challenged to find a missing girl, Anna. The kidnapper seems to be very smart and careful. They only leave some hints or clues staying a few steps ahead and watching your every move. You will have to ultimately win the battle using all of your experience.
Adelantado Trilogy: Book Two Collector's Edition is a sequel to a strategy game released long ago. The first one, Adelantado Trilogy: Book One was an adventurous story of Don Diego. That game was very entertaining and enjoyable and addictive. This one really follows the pattern. Chances are you enjoy this game big deal. You might want to go back to the first release to, first, get a few more hours of the great game, and secondly, hear the original story. The story is not a problem, of course. It's just that it is not much different and it basically just continues on in the Second Book. Again, you follow Don Diego on his journey in the jungle.
Fear for Sale series is one of the most loved among those of the hidden object puzzle adventure games. Fear for Sale: Nightmare Cinema Collector's Edition is another great game in the series that challenges you to rescue a group of people before it is too late. The gameplay as well as the presentation is very well put together and thought though. As a fan of movies as one of the forms of art, I really enjoyed the fact that the events happen in an old movie theter. This detail by itself contributes to the atmosphere a lot. To put it short, the audience has disappeared during a film screening. You have to investigate what appened and how to bring them back. It gets more comlicated as you proceed. Quite an intriguing story!
