ZUMA - Ball-Shooting Arcade Game for Palm
Though Zuma-type games gained a foothold on the casual games market long ago and gave birth to dozens of clones, the launch of every new game or version is an important event for all Zuma fans.
In Zuma a frog is sitting in the centre of the maze. The maze is filled with lines of moving multicolored balls. The point of the game is to shoot them from the frog's mouth before they make their way to the exit.
The shooting principle is as in all classical arcade games: you have to fire a ball into two or more balls of the identical color. Then the line of the matched balls is removed from the field.
With every new level the lines of multicolored balls are running faster and faster while the maze is getting more and more complicated. So the chances to hit the needed group of balls are reducing with each level: ) .
Once you mishit a new ball is added to your playing field.
A system of bonuses will make the game easier. Some ‘marked' balls, when matched with moving balls of the same color, make the moving ball line slow down. Others make the moving line stop and back up. Bomb-balls cause explosions deleting all adjacent balls from the line regardless of their color.
Besides, there are coins on the playing field.
Try to collect as more coins as possible to get bonus points.
Scoring enough bonus points, you can exchange them for additional life!
Use your stylus to rotate a stone frog. Aim a stylus at a target and click on it to shoot.
13 stages with more than seven mind boggling levels each, as well as bright balls colors and interesting background in ancient South American civilizations style make the game really thrilling and challenging.
All Zuma fans are sure to like this addictive game.
