Kitchen Brigade is one of the recent time-management releases for the genre fans. The game was developed and published by Fugazo to
get you on a fast-paced race to win a cooking game show. From start to
finish the game is about quick cooking, seving and of course food. You
play as a young, educated chef with a lot of ambitions and work to do
to get any success in your business. So you got a chance to partake in
a game show where you and your team are to compete with other chefs.
You get to work in a restaurant for 10 days and if you are good enough
you get to another one. You've got to go through 6 restaurants in total
which makes 60 levels of the game. But don't be afraid you are not
alone in this fierce competition.
If you look at what category of games this review belongs to, you might get
confused by what you see. That's because those who know Flo know that
we are talking about time-management games. But not this time. PlayFirst has presented a new tricky feature to the well known Diner Dash series. Avenue Flo
is actually a hidden object game with puzzles to solve. But having said
that I should also add that you will be wrong if you think of a typical
HOG...it's just not quite like that.
Meet Turbo Subs - a sequel to glorious Turbo Pizza developed by
AliasWorlds in cooperation with Oberon Media. Rebecca and Robert
decided to smell the roses after a hard work at Turbo Pizza and go to
New York for vacation. Just like the other title characters of diner
games, they were
doomed to spend the whole vacation working hard and serving sandwiches,
snacks and coffee in NY subs, Coney Island park and even inside Lady
I bet each of you has heard the name of Mata Hari, perhaps the most
famous female spy in history. Now you have a chance to get an inside
look into the dangerous but extremely enthralling work of secret agents
during the World War I. During the game she
will search different locations, seduce men, learn the details of top
operations and in the end find the secret German submarine base. The
whole game play is divided into separate missions, and for each of them
you will have a
number of tasks to accomplish. The tasks will be presented to you one
by one, so you never
know when the mission is complete. On the whole the game is quite
addictive, puzzles interesting and audiovisuals pleasant.
There are games that just don't get too nothing-new. Farm Mania, developed and published by Realore Studios,
is one of those. Farming theme as a part of a time-management game is
not new but still catching. Anna is desparately willing to help her
grandfather at his farm which prosperity seems to be faiding. For every
level you are given a special task to accomplish. The gaming process
gets very frantic as you progress. Sometimes, or rather quite often,
you get totally lost about what to do and where to click.
It's such a pleasure to get a game of this caliber brought out by the "Kings" of gaming, and here it is - Drawn: The Painted Tower - the newest adventure from Big Fish Games Studios,
a game with whimsical story line with enough challenge to keep you
interested and not so easy as to bore you! It reminds MCF or Dream
Chronicles series or even the more recent Princess Isabella: A Witch's
Curse, but still it's something unique making you enjoy every hour of
No place for games, that's serious stuff. Valerie Porter And The Scarlet Scandal is a recently reseased hidden object game from PlayFirst.
Of course, that's not quite true. Even though the game tells you a
story that doesn't sound like a children one, you still get lots of
gaming here. This is your chance to prove that you really are able to
do the job of a journalist. You are a mere reporter that gets a shot to
investigate and tell a big story of murder. You need to do your best to
make it clear for your boss that women can do something more than just
a coffee. The game offers more of a challenge to the genre fans with
every aspect of it being so carefully worked out.
Playrix, the developer of Fishdom, has released the second installment
of the series - now in the hidden object genre, but with all the main
attractions of the first part preserved. As in the first game, in
Fishdom H2O: Hidden Odyssey you'll have a possibility to create the
best aquarium ever, earning money for it in the main game play. The
graphics of Fishdom H2O: Hidden Odyssey are just stunning. Nothing more
to say. Just awesome, as in the first part. So, it's high time to dive
to the game in Relaxed or Against the Clock mode!
