This game offers you an opportunity to know what the life of an art businessman looks like. The game is actually seems to be more a combination of hidden object and simulation/strategy genres. You are to go all the may from an amateur to a gallery owener. You get a short tutorial before you are left on your own. But of course you still get some directions in the game. The basic activities here are buying paintings, selling them for higher prices, bidding at the auctions, and identifying fake art. That all also involves travelling around the world. You might be wondering right now about what that has to do with hidden object routine. The search for items is actually a part of every of the above mentioned activities.
Artifacts of the Past:Ancient Mysteries
is a newly released game for the hidden object game fans. The game is
full of everything a decent game of this genre is supposed to have,
which is a good thing. But it doesn't seem like the game does
anything to stand out.
Everyone including a
men, strong-willed women and even
agents of Her Majesty The Queen are trying to find the clues, but only Dr. Artifact can get
to the bottom of it all.He is you, and all of
his adventures are opened before you. You will spend most of the time
solving hidden object levels, but you will also get to solve the puzzles
every once in a while.
The story of the game is very typical to those in the genre of hidden object games. Your main character - young stunning girl - is an archeologist (in what universe do those two are mixed together?). During one of her expeditions she comes across a strange scroll, and now she is set to go and find out the secrets of Atlantis. Before this situation you are told the history of Atlantis in its really short version. The story suggests that Atlantis had the greatest library of those times with the answers to every question (I wonder if they had "42" among their answers). So now this young archeologist goes to her grandpa, who is a reknown researcher, for help on her journey.
Awakening Kingdoms is a free hidden object game from Big Fish. The free games like that are not usually as good as the ones you have to pay at least something for, and that's understandable. This one seems to offer quite a good product. There's no long and twisted story here, you are helping queen Sophia restore the kingdoms. If you are a fan of the Awakening series, you'll know who Sophia is what has happened. If you haven't played any of those games, you definitely should.
Then you get to play. The story tells you that there was a princes who slept for 100 years. Then she woke up, but didn't find anyone around. So now she is set to find out what's going on. Of course, there is no magic world without a witch in it, so you could expect that character to appear sooner or later. Anyways you are to help Sophia find the answers now. By the way the game suggests you that player's name, but you can change it if you don't want to. The game belongs to the popular hidden object/adventure genre. Most of the time you get to wonder around and interact with different items. The game is not an easy one.
Awakening: The Goblin Kingdom is a game about the morning after. You are about to explore what had happened while you were sleeping. The game features a story and a goblin's kingdom to explore. The kindom is full of puzzles and all kinds of stuff to interact with. You follow the princess who was sleeping for too long. Okay, it might have been not her fault, but still. As she woke up all the humans were gone long ago. Trying to find out what had happened she went to the Goblin Kingdom. Things weren't that great over there either. Then the story slowly unrolls before you as you interact with the local characters and proceed in your journey.
The Awakening series has been going on for quite a while now. The last release seemed to getting us closer to the end of this marvelous story, but no. Awakening: The Golden Age Collector's Edition takes us back to the roots of this whole saga and tells us the untold part of the story. It turns out that the Human Kingdom had been prosperous and wealthy before Sophia was even born. But the golden age came to an end after the minotaurs claimed people responsible for the starvation of the minotaurs. You need to escape the village and find out the truth in order to find a way to rescure the citizens and stop the distruction.
While a whole lot of unfair treatment of women have occured throughout the history, it seems to be a bit of an extreme to place women in men's place in an attempt to prove that they are capable of great things. Awakening: The Redleaf Forest Collector's Edition is a new release in a series about a heroic lady. Princess Sophia has a long history of fighting for her family and kingdom. Just in case you haven't checked the series out yet (which seems almost impossible if you've been around HOPA games for a while), you should. It looks like the last battle is to occur in this release and you don't want to miss it.
