House of Wonders Kitty Kat Wedding is a quirky hidden object game that is sure to find both its fans and haters, as it's not an ordinary title and the whole theme is quite innovative and even daring, while giving you all the fun of a traditional seek-and-find. The story offered in the first part of House of Wonders is quite unusual for hidden object games and much more typical for time-managements - you will earn money for the wedding of the loving cat Mr. Bones and his sweetheart Felicity. The game play on the whole is quite enjoyable and diverse due to the different characteristics of all the rooms, but the graphics is sometimes rather hard for the eyes. If you are not a detective story addict and are willing to try something else, House of Wonders Kitty Kat Wedding can be a nice change. |

Mystery Stories: Berlin Nights, developed by Cerasus Media and published by Big Fish Games, is a hidden object game that, while presenting no significant twists of game play, still features some new ways to enjoy the game. Michelle Deanfield is a journalist, and this time she travels to Berlin in order to find a century-old machine which is presumably able to solve the energy problem of the modern human civilization. As in any hidden object game, in Berlin Nights you will have a number of items to find for each level, some hints and a time limit (if you prefer Normal Mode). In every stage the items to find are presented in different forms, and that brings much diversity to the game play. On the whole the game is a nice example of the hidden object genre, and if you are in for detective stories - it's worth trying. |

GameMill Entertainment and Gunnar Games offer you a new hidden object game of fascinating quality. The story, the graphics and the game play combine each other in a way that make this game stand out of all the numerous hidden objects produced lately. This game will bring you to the very heart of British monarchy and history and tell you the story of one of the greatest constructions in the United Kingdom. On the whole the game is very engaging, and you get really addicted as the story unwraps around you and you start finding the legendary stones one by one. You can venture into your tour over the Buckingham Palace in either Timed or Relaxed Mode - as you wish. |

The new title from the extremely popular Jewel Quest series breaks the tradition that earned the games their popularity, and offers you not match 3, but hidden object basic game play. But the story is no less engaging, as in the first parts, and the match 3 puzzles are still here, though presented like mini-games. On the whole I would say the game preserves the production value of the previous titles, it continues to please us with the graphics, music and story, while adding some diversity to the game play. But make sure your computers meets all the technical requirements before you download your copy of Jewel Quest Mysteries: Curse of the Emerald Tear! |

The hidden object game genre is being so popular and at the same time so full of every possible story or challenge or puzzle, just takes the developers to add some innovations to their new releases. If they want their creations to be one of a kind in a heap of all these items-to-find and mysteries-to-solve. And I should say Five-BN and Alawar Entertainment did their job (in the above mentioned context) very well. The game does stand out and makes you play just a little more. The hidden object part of the game is presented in a quite unusual for the genre way. |
