Be Richer - Reach the Top of Success!

For those who hadn't become rich enough in the predecessor, Divo Games released one more chance to enrich oneself. Be Richer follows in the footsteps of the Build-a-lot series and is supposed to cause even more sensation as real estate theme has become extremely popular recently. While keeping all successful identifying features of the first Be Rich, it offers you a significantly wider scope for initiative and enrichment.

This time you will also see not much of a story but make it youself in accordance with your unique settlement increase. As before, choose between Career and Sandbox Mode, the latter can be ulocked only after a couple of levels in Career Mode and supposes you to build a big city on a large area and make all of your possessions profitable without time limit. As your empire keeps growing, it's impossible to manage it alone, so different assistants are to be hired, each of them has the most current knowledge in various real estate branches. If you prefer Career Mode, be ready to fulfill definite tasks to complete the level.

Buy new plots, surface roads to them, demolish or renovate old ruins if there are any, construct, update and decorate different types of houses, food stores, shopping malls and stadiums nearby otherwise your tenants will make a protest against inconvenient infrastructure and reduce your income. Do not forget to update your Company HQ, these upgrades give you some advantages, like faster construction or more tenants to houses, which is necessary when  achieving some goals.

As for the gameplay, the first thing you will face is a detailed tutorial. It will take you a little to look it through but after that you will have every reason to be considered a real estate expert. The graphics are excellent and well-drawn, you can even see people walking around, small cars and other cute fine points.

Though the game does not add anything earth shattering to the genre, till it's a good building simulation and you can be sure it's worth checking out!
