Daily Magic Productions have come up with a new hidden object puzzle adventure game for you, fans of murder mysteries with a pinch of supernatural. Cursed Cases: Murder at the Maybard Estate Collector's Edition is a neat HOPA game that will be great for players of all ages.

While the game seems to be quite long, there is a bonus game to play as practice your detective skills even more.

You play as a detective with supernatural powers - you can see ghosts. This is really helpful in your job and this is what you are going to use in this new murder case. Emmett Maybard was murdered and now the rest of his rich family is in danger of falling victims of this murderer.

You are called in to solve the case, but you need to be careful and not be trapped and murdered by association. Hurry to use all of you powers and detective techniques before all members of the family are poisoned and dead. All this is happening at a huge mansion and the murderer seems to be right there among you.

While the game seems to be quite long, there is a bonus game to play as practice your detective skills even more.

The game's graphics and audio are wonderful and very well done. You are going from one beautiful room of the mansion to another. It is not one of those dark creepy games. This one is great for kids, too.

You are going to get the usual four modes of difficulty with one customizable. You can adjust the hints and skips from 1 to 100 seconds. You get a map and a strategy guide to proceed in the game.

Apart from using your brain and supernatural power, you also use a fingerprints kit as you gather the fingerprints of the suspects and a monocle for picking up clues.

The hidden object puzzles are different in length and search types, some are multi-step. But if you not a fan of those, you can switch to Match 3 puzzle, that is replayable. The mini games are fun and vary in their type and difficulty. 

In addition to that, you are to collect 13 morphing cards and earn 26 achievements. The game allows you to download the usual media extras, like wallpaper and concept art.

It is great murder mystery game for the HOPA genre fans.
