Dead Reckoning: Snowbird's Creek Collector's Edition
As the summer comes to its end get ready to travel to a cold and distant town of Snowbird's Creek to investigate a mysterious murder. Dead Reckoning: Snowbird's Creek Collector's Edition is a new hidden object puzzle adventure game from Eipix Entertainment.
There is a lot of interrogation and analysis going on here as try to figure out who is behind the murder.

Snowbird's Creek is a unique small town that has been historically a place for the gold miners. But these days, it is going through a different drama in connection with the railroad construction.
The town became divided over this issue. But in addition to that, an initiator of the project is found dead. This case is an obvious murder and the problem is that there are quite a lot of suspects. This man had a lot of money and influence subsequently.

There is a lot of interrogation and analysis going on here as try to figure out who is behind the murder. It is a good classic whodunit.
The characters are quite interesting and well depicted. Their realistic looks and voices make it quite an interesting adventure to follow. There is a bonus chapter that has a neat turn of the story.
The scenes, in general, are beautiful and detailed, everything in white and blue colors to make you feel the cold.

You are going to use the evidence board as you collect clues, interrogate suspects, and examine bodies - very similar to the previous games if you have played them. You also get a detective notebook to keep track of everything.
There are four modes of play: Officer, Deputy, Sheriff, Special Agent (Custom). You can also adjust hints (0-120 seconds) and skips (0-400 seconds).
The hidden object scenes and the puzzles are not very difficult. The former can be switched to a Match-3 game. All three are replayable, though. You get to collect 40 signs, 13 morphing objects and earn 13 achievements. There are a lot of media extras, like wallpaper, concept art, souvenir room, videos to unlock.
It is a great murder mystery with a good audio-visual presentation.
