Dead Reckoning: The Crescent Case Collector's Edition

Eipix Entertainment have just releases a new game in the Dead Reckoning series - Dead Reckoning: The Crescent Case Collector's Edition. The developer is known for some great series (Final Cut and Off the Record) and this one is just as good.

You get a new partner to help you out in this investigation. But you will still have to do a lot of work here.

A murder happens at a carnival and you are called in to figure it out. The staff of the travelling carnival seems - or pretends - to have no clue about the murder. You need to stick around longer to see that the performers mingt be using their actor skills on you. 

You will find out that there is a story behind this case full of lies and betrayal as you get more victims. All these wonderful events are presented with the beautiful graphics soaked in the carnival atmosphere. The voice overs are nicely put together and make the game look great.

You get a new partner to help you out in this investigation. You will have to look for clues and examin the victims with your special kit for that. You will have you Evidance Board with all the inofrmation and conclusions of yours. 

The hidden object scenes are fun but if you are not a fan or get tired of them you can switch to a bubble shooter instead. The mini games are interesting and entertaining though not really anything you haven't seen before. The Collector's Edition offers all the typical extras you would expect (wallpaper, soundtracks, achievements, collectibles etc...).

It is a wonderful game in a very attractive setting - carnival. The murders do make it a bit dark thouth.
