Fairy Tale Mysteries: The Puppet Thief

Another scary story is out there. You are to solve yet another mystery. The game is a nicely put combination of puzzles, some well known characters, like Brothers Grimm, and an old fairy tale. Fairy Tale Mysteries: The Puppet Thief challenges you to help the village and find the villain. 

There's no map in the game, so you have to go back and forth a lot.

The game seems to offer you to do something that has been done a few times by those who've been in the genre for a while now. You are sent by brothers Grimm to find out what's going on in the town of Arbourshire. Children has been going missing after a puppeteer had come to the town. You play as a detective here. 

As to the game's audio-visual presentation, it is definitely not perfect. But not totally terribleeither. The graphics are a bit too dark and blurry at times. Maybe that's because the story is dark. But there's voice over!

The game is a typical hidden object puzzle adventure game. The hidden object levels are quite challenging and mostly because of the small size of the objects and dark scenes.

The mini-games are not anything new or surprising. There's no map in the game, so you have to go back and forth a lot. Tha makes the game longer and more challenging, but it is not everyone's favorite way to make it so.

The game's worth noticing. Bu it is better to check the free version first.
