You are to help Jenny bring her family business back to life.

 

The story of the game isn't unique or at least surprising. You are playing as a girl named Jenny. Her family business is falling apart and she wants to bring revival to it. She was asked by her father to help him.

 

And her father has quite big ambitions as he wants to bring the 1-star restaurant, which used to be a 3-star one, to a 5-star level. So it means that you are going to work really hard.

 

As I said you are going to spend most of your time at the kitchen preparing the dishes people order. And you are to do it within a limited period of time. And quite soon you have to be really fast in order to catch up with the tasks and meet your goal.

 

So I can say that if you are behind with the first dish, relax and don't go any further. Go to the menu and replay the level - it's impossible to catch up later in the level if you failed to be fast enough from the beginning.

 

Not only your speed but also your creativity is required in Family Restaurant.

 

Even though you are supposed to accomplish the tasks on high speed, you also have to do that carefully.

 

When you get an order and then you go to the kitchen to prepare it, you are shown a dish you are to cook and given the ingredients. The number of points you are going to get for the dish depends on how close your masterpiece is to the original one shown to you. So you can not throw all the ingredients on the plate - you have to be creative. Or, for example, you have to be watchful with timing of pizza being in an oven.

 

When you learn all the techniques, you can start doing several dishes at the same time - that will save you some time.

 

Every once in a while you'll be asked to make up your own dish but with a certain number of ingredients. It's because they don't want to give you any chance of having easy and quick to cook dishes.
