Hotei's Jewel - A God Needs Your Help

 

Hotei's Jewel is a classic match-3 game with a few special twists.

 

This game, developed by Oberon Media, will take you to the tropical islands. Help one of the local gods to recollect his reaches.

 

 

You are to get all the pieces of the coins by matching the tiles and getting the pieces down off the board.

 

You are to go from island to island to collect the coins, which one of the gods had lost.

 

Even though this is one of the Asian pagan gods, you collect American cents and dollars.

 

This is a classic match-3 with a time limit.

 

You get parts of the coins on your board and you have to get the pieces down off the board by matching the tiles.

 

It's not always easy to do because of the obstacles and the time limit.

 

You have to focus on getting the pieces down the board because of the time limit that can be tough.

 

The difficulty increases when you get the blocks on your board.

 

And, so when a piece of a coin goes in the same row, you have to find the way to get it into the nearby row.

 

It's not that easy cause you can swap them only when this move will somehow make a combination of three or more.

 

And the time limit adds to the difficulty of the task.

 

In order to save time you have to try making horizontal combination. This will get the pieces of a coin down sooner.

 

The game is full of the power-ups to help you.

 

You get lots of power-ups during the game.

 

The most common are the Bombs that blast all the nearby tiles.

 

There are also Lightnings that destroy all the tiles in four directions.

 

You can get the Clock power-up that will add you some time and the Star power-up which will give you one more life.

 

Once you have gained a certain amount you can go to a local shop to buy things like time, lives, magic coins etc...

 

The graphics in Hotei's Jewel are very attractive and paradise-themed. The game is very good for match-3 type fans.
