I am more than sure that most of you have already tried and loved the games from Realore Studios featuring the beautiful Jane and her enterprises. She started with a modest hotel, than expanded to the whole chain of hotels all over the worlds, and now it's time for building a city. Ready for the big work?

Your entrepreneurial skill will be tested on larger scale.

This time Jane undertakes something she hasn't tried yet - she starts managing the construction of a whole city. And through 25 amazing time-management levels you will help her in this challenging business.

The game play reminds Build-a-lot in some aspects, but there are some significant differences. You start with building a water tower and an electric power station, which are essential for further development of your city. In order to build something you first have to purchase an available lot, than choose the building you wish to construct and drag it to the lot. Voila - your blue car with workers hurries up to work hard and build it in time!

As soon as you are ready with constructing the resource building you can commence building your first house. Later on more elaborate house types will be available, so you can design your city as you wish. Moreover, you will have an opportunity to upgrade your houses and buildings in order for them to be more efficient. But for this you'll need to have enough resources - electricity, water, money and workers. So the game is a real challenge for your strategic thinking - you'll have to plan everything so that to complete all the level goals in time. If you do so your profits can rise amazingly.

But constructing and upgrading buildings is not all that the game offers. In order to earn money you have to collect rent from the tenants of the houses you own. To do this you first have to arrange furniture in each of the houses and make it suitable for living. As soon as you do this you can start gather your fruit - first manually, then, after you build a bank - automatically.

Sometimes you will need to clean a lot by removing the garbage from there or demolishing a construction. In other cases some of your buildings will require repairing. For all these jobs you are given a brigade of workers. As soon as you build a garage you'll have to of them - able to work simultaneously!

The game can boast the same pleasant graphics as the previous titles of the series.
