Jeopardy! 2 - What is...?

Games simulating popular TV shows become more and more numerous these days. Meet one more of this family - Jeopardy! 2!

I don't even doubt you have watched the show more than once and wished you could be there, at the players' stand, for you seem to know the answer for every possible question! Grab your chance to test your knowledge and enjoy your favorite trivia game at your computer.

So, close your encyclopaedias and let's check what you are worth ;)

As I already said, Jeopardy! 2 is a simulator of the same-name TV show. You have 5 topics for each game round and 5 questions worth different amount of money in each topic.

The topics are really numerous and diverse, so be sure that sometimes you'll feel in your element and sometimes at a complete loss. You choose a topic and the question price - and here you go! You see the question and get two options - either to respond or to pass.

If you decide to respond (which is much more interesting than passing, otherwise what is it all for?), you get 4 variants to choose from. Select the correct one - and the money is yours. Otherwise you loose the named amount. If you pass, nothing happens with your "account".

Each round contains a certain number of Daily Doubles. If you find one, you can bet any amount you wish for the question. Risk is noble, remember!

Once all the questions in a round have been revealed, it's over, and you proceed to the next round, which is Double Jeopardy (the prices and difficulty of the questions double), and so on.

This is how the game is played in the Play Alone mode. The Group Play mode rules are basically the same, but you have two rivals, whom you can choose either from computer players according to their level or from human players if you wish to compete with someone you know well. Here if you fail to answer a question youк competiors have a chance to do this, and in case of success it's they who will choose the next one. This mode presents much more challenge and is much more addictive, as for me.

And one more fascinating thing about the game I must mention - your character. At the very beginning you have a possiblity to customize it to every detail, including sex, hair style, skin color and clothing style. You are welcome to create the player reminding you or looking absolutely different - whatever you wish.
