Mystery P.I. - The Lottery Ticket by SpintTop games, is another hidden object puzzle with a new story and catchy graphics. You as a P.I. are to help grandma Rose spot the track of the stolen lottery ticket that entitles the old lady for the unbelievable cash prize.

 

 

In order to do this, you are to carry out an investigation and sleuth for clues in all possible city locations like Aquarium, Library, Factory etc. to find the clues within the limited time.

 

Here everything goes in accordance with the good-old hidden object scenario first written in MCF: Huntsville: a player is to observe a cluttered location in order to find the clues. But in Mystery P.I., you are to do this in a limited time.

 

What makes the game more attractive is the fact that the most percentage of locations in Mystery PI bright are eye-catching, not dark and shadowy, like in the most magic-based seek-and-find games. So, it is easy, but at the same time pretty challenging to hunt for minute clues like spin in the pile of multicolored stuff.

 

Aside from the classical seek-and-find task, you've got an extra task, which is to find a key on each level. Every key brings you closer to a bonus level. To me, keys were the easiest things to find, just like bluebirds of happiness in Dream Day Wedding.

 

The general game structure is similar to that of MCF: Ravenhearst: you are given a period of time, during which you need to find a fixed number of clues in, say, 3-4 locations.

 

As you sleuth for the hidden objects in these locations and successfully do this, you are offered to play a mini-game sort of Perfect Match in Dream Day Wedding. You are to flip two cards with the same or related pictures and they will disappear from the playing field.

 

 

In my opinion, this is the most dynamic part of the game, that brings you to the long-awaited result - as it gives you a puzzle piece.

 

By completing all the stages and collecting all the puzzle pieces you will be able to unite a puzzle out of what you've got and it will show you the track of the stolen lottery ticket.

 

Depending on how fast you look for the items and succeed, you get a PI rank. To tell you a secret, for playing this game for one hour and a half, I only got the rank of beginner:).

 

Generally speaking, the game looks and sounds good. But for the sophisticated players who played all sorts of seek-and-find puzzles it has a very few new features to offer. Anyway, if you're connoisseur of hidden object puzzles that never misses a single hidden object title, this game is a must download for youJ.
