Multiplayer Mahjong - Removing the Chinese Matches
A story of Mahjong runs that Confucius
the great Chinese Philosopher has developed the game about 500 BC.
There are other legends concerning the game origin... anyway, Mahjong immediately made the world crazy.
The point of Mahjong is very simple: to remove all tiles from the board by matching pairs of identical tiles.
Find
two tiles with the same pattern and click at each with a stylus. Only
free paired tiles can be removed. The tile is considered to be free
when there are no other tiles above the selected one or to its
immediate left or right.
When making pairs, mind that characters can be
matched with other similarly ranked character tiles, flower tiles match
any other flower tile, and season tile can be matched with any other
season tile etc.
If you are at loss about a match,
shuffle the board. You can also receive in-game hints, pause the game,
customize the background, show legal moves and use other options
available in the game.
Single Player Mode will give you extensive experience guiding you through Story mode, Time Trial Mode and Score Challenge.
In Time Trial mode you have to solve
a puzzle as soon as possible. Your 3 best results will be recorded - let
daylight into your victories!
While playing Score Challenge mode your
task is to accumulate as many scores as possible.
When the tiles are
removed, points are scored: the number of remaining tile-pairs is
multiplied by the rank of removed tiles. The tiles are ranked as
follows: 1-characters, 2-circle, 3-bamboo, 4-wind, 5-dragon, 6-flower,
7-season.
Story mode deserves special attention: it will take you on a journey from ancient times to modern periods.
One by one, you are to unlock multiple
destinations, such as Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome, Ancient Egypt,
Ancient Israel, Ancient India, Inca, Great Wall of China, Byzantium,
Arab Civilization, Renaissance, Medieval Japan, The French Revolution,
The Cold War, Computers, The Space Age. Each time you unlock a new
destination, you get a piece of info on that period.
As you proceed through game, you'll face
increasingly difficult puzzles. Complete them and you'll unlock them.
Unlocked puzzle is available for play in Time Trial Mode and Score
Challenge Mode.
Multiplayer Mode adds challenge to the game as you can compete with real people on-line.
Both you and your opponent receive the same map. The goal is to remove the tiles before your opponent succeeds in it.
Multiplayer Mahjong features really stunning high-resolution graphics and challenging tile puzzles.
Multiple modes introduce you either in
single-player game that you can pass on your own in a short time or in
a championship where you're to compete with other Mahjong fans all over
the world.
Story mode with its excursion into history adds a zest to a classical Mahjong tile matching.
