Atlantis Sky Patrol - Doom-Eliminating Marble -Popping Arcade
The rules sound very much like plot of Hollywood blockbuster. An impending doom is threatening a globe. More than 100 doomsday devices are discovered; and only Sky Patrol can disable these Atlantis mechanisms. You are a member of Sky Patrol, so your task is to neutralize devastating devices.
The devices are made of a moving defense mechanism and a fixed control part. You purpose is to disable a device.
In order to complete this mission, you are to shoot lines of multicolored balls moving towards the exit. Move your spaceship and shoot a ball trying to match it with the balls of the same color in the moving mechanism until the line reaches the exit.
Once you succeed, you have to disable static orbs (control parts of mechanism) to make it stop working.
Shoot static orbs with the balls of the same color.
As you proceed through levels, protective doors that open and close are added making your task more complicated.
When the device is disabled, get ready to catch the parts dropped by the machine. Mind that the devices are getting more complex through the game.
Atlantis - Sky Patrol features three game modes (Quest, Team Quest and Competition).

Quest Mode is a thrilling adventure with a doom-eliminating storyline featuring art-deco graphics.
Team Quest and Competition mode are two-player games.
Two persons can play on the same computer with two mice.
Competitive Mode lets you compete with another player through only 10 levels using you mice.
Machine parts and power ups are coming in showers on you scoring you extra points and rewarding you with unique upgrades.
Once the device is destroyed, coins start falling on. Try to catch as many coins as possible with a ship in order trade them for ship upgrades.
You can get Speed bonus that accelerates the speed of a shot, Bonus Magnet increasing your attraction power, Disruptor preventing new chains from appearing on the playing field.
As you progress through your mission to prevent the doomsday, you'll see "shooting gallery" allowing you to get extra coins and find a number of other upgrades as well.
Here is also a list of available power-ups (well abridged, though): Rainbow Hammer can fire several multicolored balls, Rewind causes chains moving backward, Color Scanner pops up all orbs of the same color, The Power Ball shoots a ball of any color etc.
Deco-style graphics is really impressive, as well as retro-cinematic music that perfectly adds to a soon-to-come doomsday atmosphere inspired by thrilling storyline. Easy to learn, the gameplay quickly hooks you up.
