Gotcha Celebrity Secrets is one of the latest hidden-object games released. The game takes you into the world of celebrities. Not the real ones, of course. It features some cool searching features even though it might not attract the male group. 

 

 

You play as a young girl that wants to become the best blogger.

 

Gaby is your character, and she is trying to do her best to become the best blogger or at least better than the other guy bugging her around.

 

Every chapter of the game would be a celebrity story she covers in her blog.

 

You will constatly be receiving messages to your phone from the informants about some events the current celebrity is going to be involved into.

 

After that you rush to teh event. Here's when the searching part starts. The hidden object part seems to be innovative to the genre. You get a crowded place and you are to look for the certain people.

 

Some of the people you are to search for are shown in the form of pictures at the bottom, some are described in a certain way.

 

You are also to look for the stars and watches as well as for Gaby on the screen for bonuses. 

 

When you are done with the search you go to a mini-game where you are to use the information that you get from different people. If you are successful at this, you get news for your blog.

 

The mini-games include all kinds of puzzles. It can be eliminating the possible people to guess the right one or putting together the pieces of an invitation.

 

As to the look of the game, what impresses is the number of characters you find on the hidden object screens. It's great to see all kinds of typical characters.  

 

All in all the game is good. It looks and sounds and plays good. It just might not be something the hidden object gurus are looking forward, but I'm sure it will still be lots of fun for others.
