Posh Boutique - Old Theme, New
Twists.
You might be thinking right now that
everything is quite clear about this game just after you see the title
and the screenshots. And you are not wrong; it really is a
time-management game with a girl rushing around the place trying to
serve her clients as fast as she can. And, yes, it's again about a
clothing store.
But this new title is worth to have a review written
about. The game doesn't bring the revolution to the genre, but it does
offer great opportunities to enjoy the craziness of the genre wrapped
into a neat package.
You are to play as a young girl in clothing stores who gets a new
one from her grandmother every 7 levels.
The basics of the gameplay in this new game developed by Puzzle Lab
and published by RealArcade are no different from the general
dynamics of any time-management game. You play as a young blonde who
gets a new store from her grandmother, who is a famous designer by the
way, every week.
So as you do your job you meet different kinds of clients, everyone with
his/her own ideas about beauty and style. Your task is to dress the
customers according to their wish and then also find some accessories
that would match the outfits.
As you should know playing this type of games - things get really crazy,
so crazy that you hardly notice anything but the stuff you need to
bring, find etc. So try to see the ways to prioritize tasks. Don't
forget to deal with VIP-customers right away.
Even though the game play as well as the whole story seems way too
familiar, there are some innovative features to make the game more funny
and less ordinary.
As I said earlier the game isn't bad at all even with a story lacking
uniqueness. There are some funny innovative features. For example, you
can hire a cleaning lady, and it won't be an old lady. Not only she is
cleaning the place, but she also says hello every morning, which is kind
of neat.
Then, you can also see the customers when they are outside and are going
to enter the store. They all give you comments if you picked the right
thing. If the customer leaves your place happy, he/she can return later
for a personal consultation. They bring the pictures of the look they
want you to help them have.
Another nice feature is that you can give discount coupons to your
customers to make them happier.
So as you can see there are things to make the game not an ordinary one.
As for me, it is worthy of a try at least.
