Avalon is a legendary place and the home to all the magic of the world. It was once also the cradle of Fairy Kingdom. But the ancestors of modern fairies decided to cbecome closer to the Real Plane, and finally left Avalon for good. The world they where they came flourished due to their magical powers, but ultimately leaving Avalon turned out to be a huge mistake. As time passed, the link between the Island and the fairies became weaker and weaker and finally faded. Avalon became a myth among the magical people, they forgot about the Elemental Altar where 4 nature elements blend to bring magic to the world. Of course, this caused terrible disharmony in the world, and now only you, as the Fairy Queen, can help your people return to their homeland and restore its power.

But before you start doing it you choose a name for your fairy and customize her. After you are done it's time to learn the basics of ruling the fairy land. You'll be given a number of young fairies to manage in real time. You can assign them to any task you need to be completed, and they will keep doing it until you reassign them to something else. There are three main types of tasks - collecting, researching and chanting. If a young fairy engages in one of them for a long enough time, she becomes a specialist and can do it faster and more effectively. So it's better to develop the skills of your fairies so that you get specialists in different fields.

There are also three kinds of resources to manage - food, pollen and potions. Food, as you might guess, is needed to feed your fairies. when they are hungry, they might refuse to do anything else. Pollen is used for creating new fairies, and potions for magic. You can trace your resources with the help of little icons at the bottom of the screen. If the icon is red, you need more of the resource.

By researching you make discoveries that will help you progress in the game - actually, they move your mission forward.

There are also several exciting mini-games that match very well the general fairy theme. Most of them help your buildings (haven't I mentioned those?) work faster.
