Burger Island 2: The Missing Ingredient - Burgers. Tasty Burgers. Lots of Tasty Burgers.

While winter brings us frost and snow, somewhere people lie in the tender sun and taste the most delicious food in the world. Where? - you will ask. On Burger Island! You are welcome back to the tropical paradise where you'll have a chance to cook the best snacks ever and have hours of time-management fun.

The business at Beach Burger was thriving, until one day all the customers simply disappeared. Investigation conducted by Patty Melton, the main heroine, and her faithful Pierre, discovered that they just went to Burger Chief, freshly opened by their competitor Edie Cole Iverson. Of course, our heroes were not going to leave the situation as it was, and quickly came up with a solution. But for implementing it they needed tp consult their local friend, the Tiki Guy. Logically, they go to visit him at his tribe's place, and find out that he has also disappeared! The mysterious pelican brings a note saying the genius cook has been kidnapped, and all his recipes have been stolen, including the Great Sauce (that's why the competitor's burgers tasted so familiar!). But the main secret ingredient still remains secret, and Tiki Guy will reveal it to Patty and Pierre if they save him. Of course, they are willing to help their friend, and they start the quest of more than 130 stages.

If you have played the first Burger Island, you have already tried the game play the second part offers. You have a counter with four spots for orders, a grill and a set of ingredients. And, of course, a host of impatient customers waiting for their food. Your task is to click fast, watch carefully and try to fulfill several orders at a time - for real commercial success! And watch the thermometers next to orders in order not to miss some especially demanding customers. You will cook appetizing burgers, omelets and nachos - be sure to get some snacks for yourself before starting.

One great thing about the game is that you can decide where to go next by choosing one of the branched paths in the form of islands. This gives you much freedom in the game.

There are also some bonus games - first, the simpler, you have to help Pierre balance his numerous trays. And second, the most addicitve - you create your own recipes in the Experimental Kitchen, combining ingredients no one could ever dream of combining sometimes.

One of the most attractive features of the game is its graphics. The funny and cartoon-like character make you laugh, and the tropical environment reminds of hot summer days.

So, if you are a fan of time-managements, Burger Island 2 is a nice choice, though not presenting any significant innovations. Are you ready for the burger challenge?
