City Sights: Hello, Seattle! - Time to Take a Ride to a Place Driven by Strong Coffee, High Tech and Loud Music
I-Play presents a new Hidden Object game City Sights: Hello, Seattle! Fetch your umbrella, some earplugs and your famous eye for details as this time you are to write an article about Seattle city sights.
Make an informative tour of Seattle while gaining tropheys!
Are 10 days enough to explore 35 unique locations and to write an article which willdefinitely become a hit? The answers to this and other questions you'll get, having explored Seattle scenes at least 70 times. Who knows whether a real city tour would be more fruitful and cognitive?
What seems to me a distinctive feature of this HOG is that one must seek for 3 categories of objects which are Easy, Medium and Hard. I am not sure if you accept this breakdown and neither do I as sometimes so called "Easy" items required most of time and efforts, while "Hard" objects were occasionally discovered first. The quantity of items to find varies from handful at initial levels to dozens as you pass through and the scenes alternate with 10 spot-the-difference mini-games. And besides, some descriptions become tricky what makes you rather click by guesswork than seek purposefully. There is a slight relief though: you can use unlimited hints but the button takes a little to recharge.
For those who avoid relaxation in games, there are optional extra challenges which mainly resemble and consist of finding each item in less than 5 minutes; absense of penalties for unreasonable clicks; not clicking on hints. You might also have to find 10 certain objects (cats, apples, puppies etc) in a given location or to find them in strict order as they are listed. If the level is completed with unsatisfying results you can always replay it with a great advantage: all the items stay in the same places. Trophey case, achievements and challenges are optional and it's up to you whether to accept or to ignore them if you prefer playing in a stress-free mode.
The game in general may be characterized as a good take of the genre and can be with every reason recommended to all HOG fans.
City Sights: Hello, Seattle! may seem to you rather quick to play but it's just because it's hard to stop playing it!

Christina Schultz - I am so happy to see pictures of the venue! I will be getintg married here in August of this year and I wasn't able to look at the venue because I live in Alaska. I am wondering if the the wooded area is right there next to the manison and if not how far away is it? Also the step picture, is that part of the weyerhauser mansion? Beautiful wedding, I can only hope mine will be just as beautiful!March 19, 2012 12:30 pm |
