Daycare Nightmare: Mini-Monsters - Even Monsters Need Care!
The second part of the monster time-management game produced by Floodgate Entertainment and published by PlayFirst is the perfect choice for Halloween night. Daycare Nightmare: Mini-Monsters will make you face your fears - in form of baby blobs, vampires, witches and other nice creatures to take care of.
Monsters live among us! You still doubt that? Welcome to Monster Town!
As in the first game, here you will play as Molly, one of the few people in Monster Town who are aware of monsters' existence. As the local witch has put a powerful charm on the town, monsters can now live here safely without worrying of being noticed. But they need a place to drop their babies for a day, and that's there Molly comes in. After meeting Mrs. Blob she opens her Daycare Centre for baby monsters and is determined to build this rather dangerous business and make this her career. In time-management style, surely!
Here we come to the game play. If you played the first part, you already know what to expect. You take a little blob (vampire, ghost, witch, werewolf, etc.) and put it on a carpet, watching for his needs. Be ready to change diapers, feed the babies, give them a nap or let them play before you can return them to grateful parents. And be sure to keep them happy - otherwise they might do a mischief to you. For example, little vampires bite just like adults, if you do not give them their blood for lunch in time, and little witches cast spells that make your life much harder if you make harder theirs. Sometimes the little monsters will fight, and if you fail to stop the battle quickly, you'll have to give them first aid (remember always to have bandage on you).
Tip: try to get a diaper beforehand and anticipate the next babies' needs in order to satisfy them immediately. It's a good way to keep them content.
As in any other game, for doing your work well you get tips. The happier children, the bigger tips. The bigger tips - the better upgrades! In Curiosity Shop maintained by Melinda, the witchfriend of Molly, you can get everything necessary to facilitate your hard caring work.
One of the great features here is that in each of the five locations you'll operate in the layout of furniture in the room changes so that you have to get used to the new design every time. This adds challenge to the game, as your game play becomes more diverse and requires more attention.
Are you ready for your Halloween trick? Or do you prefer treats? Daycare Nightmare: Mini-Monsters has both!
