Death at Fairing Point: A Dana Knightstone NovelDeath at Fairing Point: A Dana Knightstone Novel

Polished games are especially good at the end of the holiday season, when you go through this period of going back to normal. Don't you just need something cozy and comfortable just before all of it is over?

Death at Fairing Point: A Dana Knightstone Novel serves this purpose very well if you are a fan of the adventure genre. If not, go and find something from your genre.

The game will be more fun for those who a fans of the interactive adventures, rather than hidden object levels.

Death at Fairing Point: A Dana Knightstone NovelYou play as writer who became a character of one of her own stories. She wants to be a best-selling writer, and who knows - maybe this story will do the job. The whole game is devided into chpters and you play it as the story written in the book.

The story starts when Dana meets a ghost at a hotel where she is staying for vacation. It is David, whose ghost is bothering her. Soon she realizes that needs to uncover the mystery of his death. He was an ordinary painter in love with a heiress. So you can see how things could have become complicated.

Death at Fairing Point: A Dana Knightstone NovelThe game will be more fun for those who a fans of the interactive adventures, rather than hidden object levels. There are searches for hidden otems, but they are very few. Most of the time is spent on wandering around the place and interacting with the items in order to get further in the game.

The game is not extremely challenging, but it takes some logic and reasoning to make everything work. Don't think that, if you left a room having done everything there, you will never have to go back to find other active areas or items.

Death at Fairing Point: A Dana Knightstone NovelThere are many mini-games along the way. They are all skipable after a while. And even though they are not anything innovative, they are still quite chllenging sometimes because you can break a mirror into enough pieces to make it just a bit harder than you would expect.

The music and sounds are very soft and gentle, which is good thing because they don't get grating after a while. The graphics are absolutely gorgeous and attractive. You will notice that from the very first look at the game, when Dana appears before you beautifully drawn.

Death at Fairing Point: A Dana Knightstone Novel also has some additional bonuses for those who get far enough since it collector's edition.
