You have been through so much with her so far and now you get on this new adventure. The game's story makes it all so personal and touching. You help her navigate through all the work and family-related tasks as well as all that pregnancy encompasses. Prepare for the doctor visits and ultrasound images of the new baby. You are going to learn the gender and even go through the birth and meet the new member of the family.

Despite the extra challenge from the pregnancy, you are still expected to serve the customers as quickly as possible to keep them happy and get the biggest tip possible.
