Donna Brave: And the Strangler of Paris Collector's Edition
Paris and a killing monster - what not to love about Mad Head Games' new series?! Donna Brave is a new series from this developer. As you can guess it is about brave Donna solving a mystery in Paris. Donna Brave: And the Strangler of Paris Collector's Edition.
The game is set in a 1920's Paris and your uncle is a member of a secret society of avant-garde artists. How cool is that?

Your uncle Andre sends you a note asking for help. You haven't been in touch with him for a while, but now he needs you to come over to Paris because he is in danger. It does not take you long to pack and come over to Paris.
And upon your arrival, you understand that his warning to not trust anyone was a serious one because his friend who was supposed to meet you is murdered and didn't show up. The same happened to a few other friends of your uncle's. He is on the list of future victims and soon you are on it as well.

The game is set in a 1920's Paris and your uncle is a member of a secret society of avant-garde artists. You get a lot of the art deco atmosphere of the 1920's. There is a medallion from your father that you are going to use to see more than your physical eyes can.

The game offers all the typical parts of a CE edition. You get five modes to choose from and set the challenge level with the skips and hints. This story is full of the supernatural as you study the signs on dead bodies and there is a bonus chapter to play and solve another number of murders.
The gameplay is not extremely challenging, so set the right mode for yourself. Neither the hidden object scenes nor the puzzles offer anything innovative. Doesn't mean you are not going to enjoy them. Every hidden object scene has a morphing object.
The game has collectibles (the developer's logo) and achievements to earn. And of course, you get all the media extras, like wallpaper, soundtracks, and a character gallery, a strategy guide, a memory game, and replayable HO scenes.
It is a great hidden object puzzle adventure game and a beginning of an exciting new series.
