Dream Day - First Home - Move Them In
Jenny and Robert are back from their honeymoon and are willing to get a
place to live in.
You are to help them out with that in this sequel, Dream Day - First Home, from Oberon Games.
You are to go through all the rooms of the house and help Jenny and
Robert make them look great.
At the very beginning you are introduced to two houses you are to choose
from - Craftsman Home and Victorian home, but don't be afraid - you won't be
deprived to go through only one of them.
You choose one of the two and after
finishing it you can start the second one. Having gone through both you unlock
a bonus level.
So having chosen a home, you start the game itself. Every level is
presented by a set of the pics of rooms.
You are given a number of items to
find and a total number of items in every room. So the seek-and-find process is
pretty traditional. You are given a certain number of hints per level, but you can
also collect golden eggs that are hidden on the screens in order to get an extra
hint for every 5 eggs.
You have to play one of three mini-games after each level.
There are three mini-games for you to play after each level.
They are
called Attic mini-games, because they take place at the attic of the house.
With
every game played the attic gets cleaner and having played all of them, in
total 12, you unlock a bonus mini-game.
The mini-games are Fix-R-Upper (you
decide the colors of the furniture pieces by making spins), Puzzle Garden (you are to
logically match cards on the left with cards on the right), Perfect Match (you
have to memorize the cards flipped over in order to match them). You are to
play four times each one of those.
Special homeowner crisis situations are waiting for you in the game.
There are also special homeowner crisis levels you are to go through.
In
every crisis you are to solve a problem very quickly.
For example, there's a
problem with a fridge and the whole kitchen is full of ice now. You are
given little time to find all the items in this kitchen. It you succeed you
can choose new furniture for the kitchen then.
There can also be bonus items,
for example, time booster.
You may get super clues on the list of items you are
to find. These are the items that take your imagination. For example, carrot
juice, you need to click on the machine with a carrot for it to make you some juice
and only after that you click on the juice itself.
The game is absolutely what you can think of if you played the previous
releases. For those who haven't played, it will still be a good investment in
their entertainment.
