Family Tales: The Sisters
Most of us went through this period when you grow up and suddenly realize that some of your family issues have not been exactly what you thought of them as you were a child. Family Tales: The Sisters is a hidden object puzzle adventure game where you need to go deep down to your family past and possibly change something.
For those of you who care about voice overs, there are not any in this one.

The game's story falls into a very familiar category of hidden object puzzle adventure games - you are haunted by nightmares where your sister is asking for your help. Soon you go to your family's house and find out that she really is in danger. This is an overly simplified version of the story, there is much more to it actually (the dark Lord, psychological trauma etc).
The audio-visual presentation of the game is quite good. It is not the best presentation you've seen, but it is still nice. For those of you who care about voice overs, there are not any in this one.

The game play strictly follows the HOPA standard. Some of the things that have become almost a nessecary part of HOPA are absent though (like special collectibles or map that transports you to different locations).
There are two kinds of hidden object scenes. One of them is interactive lists and the other one is based on sillhouettes. There are also many different puzzles to solve. Most of them are not veyr difficult and rather familiar. The game's difficulty level would be very low for the more experienced players.
The game is rather interesting and addictive which is enough if you are really a fan of the genre.
