Haunted Legends: Faulty Creatures Collector's Edition

ERS Game Studios, the Eastern European casual game developers that brought us the awesome series, Grim Façade and PuppetShow, has come out with its ninth installment of the Haunted Legends stream, and boy, is it spooky! Haunted Legends: Faulty Creatures Collector's Edition is its name and it is here to twist and tickle your brain!

Alfred Oldgrey. That’s the name of the man whom you are serving today with your investigation skills. 

If you are new to the Haunted Legends series, or even to Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure games as a whole, then you will find that Faulty Creatures is a great episode to start with (it’s not necessary to know the back stories of the previous eight chapters). Buckle your seatbelt and get ready for some heavy duty investigation with this one.

Alfred Oldgrey. That’s the name of the man whom you are serving today with your investigation skills. His fiancé has unfortunately been murdered and he wants you to find out what’s going on here. It seems simple enough for an experienced detective like yourself, but then, things get weird. As you explore further, you uncover some family secrets that probably would have been better had you left them unexposed. 

Now you’ve stirred the pot and there is all sorts of family drama coming out as you try to get to the bottom of this murder. And what is up with this quirky machine that you have found?!? Can you investigate the death of Alfred’s fiancé amidst all of this confusion, or will you inevitably get dragged into the generations of bickering in this dysfunctional family? Give this game a go and find out!

The Collector’s Edition of this game is loaded up with some extra special treats. If the family drama in the regular game isn’t enough (which it is!), then you can play the bonus chapter in which you get to dig up even more dirt from the family’s history. If you get too dazed and confused along the way, then don’t fret as there is a helpfully integrated Strategy Guide that will help you get out of any pickles that you may find yourself in.
