House of 1000 Doors: Evil Inside Collector's Edition

House of 1000 Doors: Evil Inside Collector's Edition is the most recent installment of the House of 1000 Doors series, and it is every bit as evil as you would expect.

For those of you gamers with a bit of a dark side, the Evil Inside game is bound to tickle your soul… but remember that there’s still a real world out here so don’t go postal on the rest of us.

You play the role of Emily, a seemingly normal girl living what seems to be a normal life here on earth. Suddenly, there’s a knock on the door. You open it, and there’s some weird lady begging you for help as a meteor falls from the sky! Typically, it’s not advisable to talk to such strangers, but in the case of pending cosmologic destruction, sometimes we need to bend the rules a bit.

You are taken away to the House of the Lancasters, and discover that you have a special gift called, “The Inner Light.”

Come to find out, there’s an evil disease going around, and it is your inner light that could be the cure. Can you save us all before we are infected? As you play, the deadly infection turns plants, animals, humans, and even nonliving objects into giant monsters!

You’ve got to hurry if you want to save us from inevitable eschatological doom and destruction! If you get the collector’s edition, you’ll be able to pick up collectables along the way… assuming they aren’t turned into monsters and try to collect you first! There’s also a helpful strategy guide to help you get through this mess. Furthermore, there’s a bonus chapter in the collector’s edition that will take you on another 1000 Doors journey.
