Ice Cream Dee Lites - Scoop it all!

The hottest summer on record is approaching, and it's high time to try a brand new time-management game offered to you in the last week of spring - Ice Cream Dee Lites. If you think you've had enough of ice cream selling with Ice Cream Mania and Ice Cream Craze, maybe you are right, but we still recommend you to try this one. Especially if you like such games on the whole, for Ice Cream Dee Lites will offer you some new experience in this type of games, mainly connected with its style and humour.

But let's start from the very beginning. That is, from the story.

Meet Dee - a very young but very ambitious girl who is determined to prove her Grandma she is worthy of inheriting the family business - Scoops ice cream shop. In order to do this she has first to run her own little but cool ice cream truck - the Chill Mobile - and make it thrive. And there is nothing extraordinary about this storyline - most time-management games offer this or that variant of such plot.

The game play is also quite regular for such type of games. You serve different sorts of ice cream to different customers, trying to keep everyone satisfied and work as fast as possible. Here the real fun starts. Before each level you meet a new customer - be sure to read the information about them, for that is exceptionally amusing. The Emo kid is something, and the Chunk guy is also extremely cute! I couldn't stop laughing at some of the phrases. And, if we speak about the style of the game in whole, I should mention the unique retro-styled graphics which makes you remember old good times.

But let's dwell a bit more on the game play. So, when a customer comes, your first action is to give him/her or sometimes them a menu. Then you prepare the ice cream he orders, adding there toppings if necessary. You will get no bonus for chaining, and you can't take two items at a time - that's a bit annoying at first, but once you got used to it, it's OK. As usual, you have a goal for each level - a Scoop Goal and a Sweet Goal, which is equivalent to Expert Goals in most time-managements. These goals are mostly in cash form, which is quite expected, but some levels offer diversity, for example, a task of not letting a single customer leave the shop dissatisfied. Once you complete the first of such levels, you'll unlock Endless Mode where your fun is unlimited with any goals. The only mission is to stand as long as possible.

After each level you get to upgrade screen where you are free to choose machines and appliances to help you in your hard work. Yoghurtnator, Cream Whipper, Sprinkler - you select whatever you wish to please your customers with.

What else can I say? Ice Cream Dee Lites, though quite tradinitional for its genre, has its advantages, and is worth a try if you enjoy such games. Make your summer Dee-Liteful!
