Little Noir Stories: The Case of the Missing Girl - Finding Light in the Darkness
Little Noir Stories: The Case of the Missing Girl is a new hidden object game from Sarbakan Game Studio. The title implies that the game is a classic hidden object one where the mystery is covered all the events, somebody is missing, scary story, unknown ending, and, of course, many items to search for.
The general atmosphere of the game is quite dark and everything adds to that perfectly.
The graphics, the sounds, the music, and the scenes fit in very well. The characters you play as are the detective investigators, Anton Muller and Amelia Chandler. They are following the clues to find a missing girl.
Coming across all kinds of things and people reveals new details to the story. And you actually find out that everyone has their own story and how all of them are interconnected.
You will have to search through a great number of scenes trying to find the clues. Your cursor will be a great help at understanding what to do in every location. It will be changing as you move it across the scene.
There is a number of things that you can do in every scene.
If a cursor turns into a magnifying glass it means that you can take a closer look at a certain area. Or if some area becomes sparkling it means that there are the items to be be found.
You can also use a rechargable hint that is at the bottom as a flashlight. The objectives for the level can also be found at the bottom of the screen.
There is also a Toolbox where all of the inventory goes. It can be used in order to get through at certain stages. Some of the items in there should be combined to be used.
The journal button takes you to your journal from where you can get to the main menu or settings. But that's not all, you should also be paying attention to what it says as it often contains the information you need in the game.
