Midnight Calling: Anabel Collector's Edition
Midnight Calling: Anabel Collector's Edition is a great prequel to the Mignight Castle series. It is a game about vampires and just like the movies about vampires it is not going to be scarry as much as entertaining and intriguing.
As you start your journey you get a bat as a sidekick.

Your character is a little vampire Anabel who grew up thinking her father was dead. Yet he has been calling her to the rescue in her dreams. Finally you travel to your hometown to see if there is more to the truth than you know. All this come in time for a prophecy fulfilment. So there is much more going on at to the story of the game.
The game looks just adventurous and mysterious enough for a vampire game with things like magic and prophecy. The graphics are spooky and beautiful at the same time. The characters are cartoonish with quite good voice overs.

As you start your journey you get a bat as a sidekick. It might be repelling to some people (with all those fobias assosiated with bats), but hopefully it won't. This bat is super fast when you have an assigment for it.
This game is not really heavy on the hidden object scenes. They are well done but don't really have anything extraordinary to offer. The puzzles are on teh contrary are very diverse and seem to be found on every turn. There is a lot of collectibles in this game and quite a few achievements to keep you on your toes all the time.
The game features all the other CE content as well to make it an unbelievable experience for the fans of vampires, the series, or HOPA games in general.
