Midnight Calling: Valeria Collector's Edition
If you live in an area that gets white and cold this time of the year and you are pretty tired of all the cold, you might think that the game is about your life! Midnight Calling: Valeria Collector's Edition is a great game from Elephant Games adding to their Midnight Calling series.
The game's graphics are beautiful and detailed, all in blue and purple colors.

You play as a Valeria who gets called in to help figure out the increasing cold around the world. The investigation quickly leads you to the conclusion that there is some magic involved. It looks like there has been a spell cast on the world and it is rapidly taking us to a disaster.
Prepare to see and explore many icy landscapes and scenes. You will have to go back in time to undo the harm. Then there is a bonus game where you play as Valeria's grandma rescuing Valeria.

The game's graphics are beautiful and detailed, all in blue and purple colors. The voice overs are nothing special, but still good. There are four modes of play (Casual, Advanced, Hard, and Custom) with adjustable hints and skips.

The gameplay is not particularly difficult, but it always depends on the player's skills level. The hidden object scenes remind the ones you played in the previous games of the series. You get silhouettes, lists, locating items etc.
The puzzles are mostly on the easy side. But you will enjoy them if you are here for the fun, not the challenge. You have a little helper on your side - a griffin that is there when you need help.
There are achievements and collectibles (fragments and Zodiac signs that go to your collection of signs). There are a secret room and a whole lot of downloadable media extras for you (wallpaper, concept art, music). You get a map at the very start to help you move around as you need.
If you played and liked the previous games in the series, you are probably going to like this one, too.
