Miriel the Magical Merchant

Miriel the Magical Merchant is a time management game developed by MythPeople and published by RealArcade.

The game features not only an interesting story with alternative endings on a challenging speed, but also recipes that you can use in your real life.

You are to help Miriel pay out the debt by serving the customers in her restaurant.

The story tells you that Miriel's father has mysteriously disappeared and she is left alone to deal with the family food shop.

Being in this situation she desparately needs your help since she only has two monthes to pay the debt out.

This is the beginning of the story. The end of it depends totally on you. You can chose the story line direction in the dialogues you are involved into.

The whole game atmosphere is represented in middle age colors. The graphics and music convey this very well.

As to the gaming process, serving customers is your major task here. You can either order different items to serve them or cook something when this option is unlocked.

There's a practical part of the game. As you unlock new items you soon get different recipes that you can actually cook at home.

I'm not saying Ii tried them but the igredients are so basic that it should work I guess.

Some of the recipes will take more time to be memorised and cooked then quickly, but it is something that makes the game outstanding.

All in all the game features things that make it a high-quality time-management game attractive not only to the genre fans but also to cooking ones.
