Mystery Trackers: Paxton Creek Avenger Collector's Edition

The Mystery Trackers Organization is under an attack from an unknown masked person. It is the tenth release in the series from Elephant Games. Mystery Trackers: Paxton Creek Avenger Collector's Edition is a wonderful mysterious adventure in which you have to stop the terror from this man and protect the organization.

The game's graphics are quite dark with a lot of dramatic red, which brings us back to theatrical theme whether you like or not.

This mysterious person calls himself Paxton Creek Avanger. His problem (that now became your problem) is that the Mystery Trackers Organization is responsible for all of the world's sin. And he's going to fix it by caming after them, or rather you all.

Your commander's daughter was kidnapped and other agents are being haunted with different kinds of threats. The journey to the truth becomes easier for you since you have Elf as a helper and an unknown ally. One of his attacks happen in a theater full of people, and you get to return to the theater and save the the film crew in the bonus game.

The soundtracks and voice overs create a wonderful terror atmosphere. Music is a quite important part of the game, since you are to collect musicians. Then you can listen to their music. Many of the hidden object and puzzles are music themed too.

Apart from that you are also going to collect morphing objects and photo pieces. Achievements add 21 more challenges to your game play. 

The hiddne object scenes are all different (lists, silhouettes, replacement) with a lot of interaction. The puzzles are very well thought through and offer different level of difficulty. Of course, you also set the general level of difficulty in the modes (that have interesting names) - Elf, A la mode, Avanger, and Detective (custom). You will also have a special thermal device that you get to use a lot.

The map and the strategy guide are available for those who need it. Wallpaper, concept art, soundtracks are part of the usual extras that you can download.

It is a great adventure with a dark shade all over it. Save the organization in this tenth game of the series.
