Paparazzi - Investigation Must Go On
To collect juicy facts from celebrities' life and pass them to tabloid newspaper is a perfect way to make money. So it's high time for you to experience the life of Paparazzi and start trailing weird celebrities around town. To prove that gathered information is not mere gossips, you'll hype a story with photos.
Before starting the investigation, you'll get profile on a paparazzi ‘victim' -his/her age, likes and dislikes and even gossips that hawk about. Then one of the locations to be searched is selected. A map will guide you through the destinations, where the star can be spotted.
Once the area is chosen, you start taking photos of clues proving a certain fact from celebrity's life.
The celebrity is gossiped to be a bride: inside a supposed bride's mansion, you are to snap photos of wedding-related items: cake, gifts, bride and groom cake ornament, bow tie, and so on.
The list of the target objects is given by a lady in spectacles - this four-eyed informant will guide you around the city, always ready to give you a helping hand.
Each found item scores you desired bucks.
Avoid snapping items that are not in the list - a waste shot will cost you $10.
The area is a real mess littered with lots of items. Trying to find the very one you need, avoid clicking at every random object - the Polaroid gets blurry and $10 are kept back from the sum you've already earned. The time for investigation is limited: mind the deadline at the top bottom of the playing field.
If you completely at loss for required items, ask an informant for a hint (it will cost you a pretty hefty sum, though)
Once the listed items are found, you pass to the second part of the game, where you are to compare two similar photos of the same area.
After your search, the celebrity found you out and so she returned to the area to cover her tracks.
You'll see two pictures of the area - at one the things are changed.
The items can change color, shape, they may move to other place or disappear at all - your task is to click on any differences you notice to score bonus money.
The game includes a kind of bonus mini-game where you are to prove the quickness of reaction.
To earn extra cash you'll have to take photos of the celeb while shopping at the mall. She appears in the scene and in a moment disappears again - you are to take her photo as many times as you can before she pops out.
At one hand, game features wonderful graphics - multiple indoor and outdoor locations are very detailed. But at the same time, they are not true-to-life- one can hardly guess what some of them mean.
Though the idea in general is very cool - who can stand the temptation to get a glimpse into the bizarre world of tabloid newspapers!
