Serene Waters of Deep Ocean hold their secrets. King Poseidon has chosen a seabed as a treasure house for his riches. Multicolored sea inhabitants are guarding the magic treasure. To unearth the King's reaches, one has to match all creatures of the same type or color. By matching creatures on a seabed, you uncover treasure underneath.
So, the point of the game is to arrange sea creatures on the playing field and to make them disappear.
The seabed consists of multiple tiles. Randomly chosen creatures appear on the field. Your task is to make a raw or a column of creatures of the same color or species.
Matched creatures disappear from the playing field scoring you points and feeing space on the seabed. By arranging fish, starfish, sea horses, prawns, frogs and other underwater inhabitants, you uncover parts of the sea puzzle on a quest to find Poseidon's treasure.
Once the whole treasure underneath the seabed has been uncovered, you proceed to the next level.
Mind that not all creatures can be placed next to those already present on the playing field.
Some creatures can't be placed anywhere on the playing field. In this case you have to swap this creature to another one. To do it, click on a Swap button or dip a creature into a magic cauldron. The cauldron is filled with potion able to transmit a seastar into, say, a fish or change a color of your creature.
Every time you dip a creature into the cauldron, the level of portion falls. After each successful creature replacing cauldron is getting refilled.
Once the Magic cauldron is empty, the game is over, so try to keep balance between precious liquid flow and refill.
Diamond tiles and Finny the Shark are bonuses that can be used for successful match.
Occasionally, Diamond tiles appear on the seabed. These tiles can be put next to any creature and matched with it.
Finny the Shark eats up creatures already filling the seabed - use it to clean the seabed when it is stuffed with creatures.
To ‘catch' Finny, click on it when the shark appears, and put it on the creature you want to remove from the playing field.
Three Difficulty Levels (Easy, Average and Hard) add challenge to the game.
At each level creatures of new species and colors are added to the seabed, making the matching more and more difficult. There are also two modes in the game. Strategic Mode involves no pressure - you can take as long as you like to make matches. Time Trial Mode adds tension to the gameplay - a level of liquid in cauldron keeps falling constantly, no matter whether you are swapping creature or not. So you are to keep placing Creatures on the seabed constantly to prevent cauldron from becoming empty. Play also Tutorial Mode to learn the rules of successful matching.
The gameplay is funny and addictive. Though graphics is not really impressive, tranquil underwater scenery is sure to appeal to those who are fond of serene item matching.
