This game, just like the previous one in the series is full of both joys and sorrows. The sorrows come from all kinds of natural disasters (and if you live in the area with tornados or something similar you can relate to it a lot). But the rescue team that helps others who have suffered and lost from nature or man brought calamities is what fills the game with joy and pride for humanity. 

You are following one event after another to help rescue and restore. You rescue people and animals who were injured or trapped under debris. This is where you get a lot of help from Larry and Barry the Saint Bernards. Those two cute helpers are always ready to look for the victims and make great team players. 

Not only you rescue people but also help them rebuild their towns and restore infrastructure.  As you could guess such a scenario is abundant with the tasks required for a great time management game.

This game offers you three modes. One of them is Relaxed where you play without time limits and enjoy your pace. Normal mode allows you to use only those workers that are available at any given moment. And Multi-click mode is when you can queue your workers for tasks. They are all fun and each will appeal to its own category of players.

If you are one of the more competitive players, you are going to want to earn three stars on each or at least some levels. And those three stars are worth your time and strategy. They give you coins that you can spend on Bonuses. Bonuses are fun and very helpful. They come in four types: one helps your workers do their tasks faster; another one helps people stay in better shape - warmer and healthier - longer; the third one helps your machines and police and medics work faster; the fourth one speeds up the work of planes, cranes etc.

There is quite a lot of CE extras that include media content, gifts, biographies, achievements, and bonus levels.
