Samantha Swift and the Fountains of Fate
Ok, here comes the next sequel in Samantha Swift
series. This new game is definitely no worse than all of the previous
ones. And it is very possible that it may even be the best one.
Samantha Swift and the Fountains of Fate takes you around the world with Samantha in search the "special waters".
The word "fountain" in the title is for a purpose there.
This time our archaeologist is going all around the world in search for
the life-expanding waters. So you are going to find yourself in places
like Iraq, Arizona, and the Bahamas.
She will be exploring caves,
swamps, and tombs. But you didn't expect to just having a great time
doing this archaeological thing, right? Of course, you will have a few
enemies trying to give you a hard time reaching your goals.
The
game is full of the hidden object levels, which are in their turn full
of items for you to find. You will have to not just look at the picture
very thoroughly, but also interact with some of them in order to find
all you need.
Sometimes
the game doesn't actually tells you what you re to find, but kind of
hints. If the hints are still not helping you can use a scanner to see
the silhouette of an item.
You will also have to search for the two swift birds and one hidden lightning bolt in each area. Finding enough birds unlocks Unlimited Hidden Object mode, which lets you revisit each region of the game and race the clock to find every last thing hidden there. The bolts give you hints, which are a good thing in this game.
Each
hidden object part ends with Samantha taking some valuable findings to
the museum and also some inventory to find the place of magical springs.
The finding process is represented by the typical brain-teasers.
As
to how the game looks and sounds, the audio-visuals are perfect and
detailed and just appropriate making it a highly polished game in every
aspect.
The fans shouldn't even have read till this moment but be already playing it.
