Stand O'Food - Mister Burger's Business
A young mister Burger decides to start his fast food business. He opens a series of restaurants (Stand o'Breakfast, Snack Shack, Burger Bar, Butch's, Chicken House) where the customers are lining.
It seems that making hamburgers is not a Herculean task; still, the clients are getting more demanding and are no longer satisfied with traditional fast food assortment. So, it's not all about speed - you'll also have to master new recipes from Cookery Book and learn to plan ahead.
As in other games of micromanagement type, the point of the game is to quickly serve the clients. Mind that quickly served clients are good tippers.
As soon as the customer is ready to make an order, you'll see a picture with a dish over his head. To make a burger, choose necessary ingredients at conveyor.
Click on a bottom bun to take it, than on other ingredients. Once the burger is ready, take it to the customer.
The faster your service is, the happier the clients are. Pay attention at a little scale where the customers' emotions are reflected.
Mind that burger ingredients are to be taken in a definite sequence.
To make a cheeseburger, take a roll first, then click on a piece of cheese and then on a top roll. If the order is not observed, i.e. if you take filling first, you'll fail make a burger, while the precious time will be lost.
If you've taken the wrong ingredient, you can set it aside by right clicking on the wrong piece. You are also advised to plan ahead. Put the sandwiches together in the correct sequence, and set yourself up so you can make the next sandwich without difficulty.
To ‘bribe' the client who was whiling away his time while you were pottering about at the conveyor, you can put his burger in a beautiful pack.
Packs, trays, sauces and other items of this kind can be bought in a shop where you pop in as far as the level is successfully passed.
On your culinary quest through 100 levels, you can also consult a Cookery Book with recipes of different fast-food dishes, such as burgers, toast, etc. Here you'll find their detailed description: all ingredients, what they go best with and their price. Visit also Hall of Fame where the best achievements are recorded.
Once you succeed in running a little fast-food business, you'll see a ‘helping' hand, passing you useful fast-food stuff.
Game features wonderful graphics and funny music. Meal Quest and Lunch Rush modes and over 80 types of sandwiches one has to create add a real fun to the game. Gameplay is smooth and easy, still, it my opinion, it lacks some challenge and a sort of zest that will make the game stand out among other clones of food service type.
