The Apprentice: Los AngelesThe Apprentice: Los Angeles - on the Edge of Time and Resource Management

Meet the casual game that simulates the popular TV-show. The game is developed and published by Legacy Interactive, developers of such games as Zoo Vet, Law and Order: Justice is Served, and other serious titles on the edge of core and casual games.

If you ever watched ‘The Apprentice: Los Angeles' reality TV show and wondered what it feels like to be its participant, then the ‘The Apprentice: Los Angeles' time management game is definitely for you.

The Apprentice: Los AngelesThe setting is pretty much the same to that of the show: two teams compete for a place at the company of Donald Trump, a world-famous billionaire. You are free to choose both a player and your team. You can easily get familiar with the members of your team as there is a bio of each one of them available.

"The game's release coincides with the finale of the hit television show's sixth season and is available at Legacy's popular game portal" says an article from thecomicsreview.com. That means real people are used as the characters of the game. So, if you're a fan of the show and never miss a single program, then you'll recognize the contestants.

After you've got your team you meet Donald Trump with his son Donald, Jr and his daughter Ivanka, who give you the instructions on your first task.

In case you have a very obscure idea of the show, but are just a great fan of casual games I have to say this game is a clone of Diner Dash at first sight.

The Apprentice: Los AngelesThis means that in each level you're to perform traditional tasks to satisfy your customer, such as: bring them a menu, assemble an order, bring the food and drinks or clothing, and finally get the cash. Frankly speaking, I would call this game a modernized Diner Dash due to its terrific and cute graphics (the most part of graphics in each level are animated), and complex customer orders. You are to serve customers in LA most prestigious places, like a downtown sushi restaurant or a fashion boutique.

Depending on your quickness you get the points that indicate how much better  you are than another team. Each challenge in its turn consists of different levels of complexity.

Once you complete each level, Mr. Trump appears to comment upon your success. The Apprentice: Los Angeles

And it must be said that he's definitely not the one to encourage you if you didn't do your best. So, here is the element of reality show. If you still failed to get enough points, then you'll meet Mr. Trump and his children in the boardroom to prove them that you should stay in the game - just like in the famous TV show.

You'll be competing with 2 more persons from your team in the boardroom. The final decision will also depend only on your quickness.

The design of the game is quite bright and attractive, the way it is in the rest of the games developed by Legacy Interactive. The vivid game pace, professionally delivered graphics and unique game mechanics(a cross between time-management game and reality TV show) is what makes The Apprentice: Los Angeles the main candidate to hit the top downloads lists in the near future. No matter whom developers were trying to reach - TV show fans or casual game fans, they've reached both groups:).
