The Book of Desires

The Book of Desires is a game that proves that you have to be careful with your own desires. The game is a recent release into the hidden object adventure puzzle game. It features some very good characteristics but I'm sure some would still want something more to the game than this.

Well, now, you need to find a way to get out of all your problems here in this magic world. 

You play as a girl that had a nightmare, but her life didn't look much better after she woke up. Anyways she ends up inthis magic world ruled by a strange character and the magic book of desires. 

This is the place where you have to be careful with what you wish. Well, now, you need to find a way to get out of all your problems here. The events like these should take place in matching setting, right? And you get this here. The sound, music, graphics, and color were artfully done. There is no voice over for those who appreciate this feature.

The gameplay consists of three main areas - hidden object scenes, some adventure, and quite a few puzzles to solve.

HOG scenes are cluttered with no interaction, however items were easy to find. Though, sometimes, you do have to use a hint because the items are too blended with the scene or something.

The puzzles are quite innovative, well, some of them, and they make you think. There is no diary or map to follow, but it is possible to make your way through the game.

The Book of Desires does have things to enjoy, but you might want to try the free version first to see if they are that enjoying for you.
