Game Review   2011-04-03

The FoolThe Fool

The game's title follows April's Fool day, but everything's pretty serious here. And those who might have been taken as fools can surprise you. The game is a nice place for the fans of searching and interacting with items.

So this is where you start - you get him all the necessary outfiit.

The Fool

The game takes you in a classic fairy tale scenario, when the kingdom is threatened by a dragon and the king is willing to give her daughter to the one who will kill the dragon and bring its tooth.

Many brave knights died pursuing that goal, but then came this young boy full of enthusiasm and courage. He's got literally nothing to set forth for the dragon. So this is where you start - you get him all the necessary outfiit.

The Fool

From the very start this young boy is walking around trying to find what he need or get somewhere. Many things will go to your inventory to be used somewhere else later.

It is not always very clear how to use the inventory, but who is in a hurry? So this searching and interacting process will take lots of time here. Once in a whole you will also come across the hidden object scenes, which follow the familiar path.

The Fool

You get a list of items to find and rechargable hints to help you. Some of the items on the list will require you to do something with the items on the scene in order to get what is asked.

There are also different brain teasing puzzles that you will have to play in order to proceed. Those are fun because they are not simple and familiar from the tons of games you played before. The graphics and voice-over make the game look and sound rather attractive and relevant.

The game didn't shock me with some innovative features, but it was still rather pleasible to play.

Caesar L#1 Everyone is not altruistic. Most morehts can pay a lot tuition fee for their children but can not donate 100 dollars for other children. It's the natural character of human, everyone is selfish. There are poor and rich all over the world, and the poor people dont get a lot donation. It's a capotalism society, and people get money by their own job. The rich people always dream they can have better life even they live really good. So greed is limitless. It makes people can not be altruistic.#2 People should think of the reasons when they help others. There is a story from Janpanese cartoon. A young clever monk named Yixiu. He was a kind person who really liked to help others. One day a lot poor people came to the temple, and they are very hungry. Yixiu felt they were pitiful, and made Baozei for them. They ate and leave the temple. Yixiu's master was also a nice elder monk, but he is angry and told Yixiu he shouldn't do that. The reason is help is just for a short time, and people live on the world must by themselves. Poor people can work hard to improve their leaves. So when helping others, we must think if we should do that. The helping maybe bad for the others.
