Time Dreamer - Fairly well Done Adventure

Time Dreamer by Tiki's Lab is the latest hidden Object adventure game definitely worth our closest attention. It has you playing as a character who can travel in time while dreaming and solve various mysteries and even clean a crime! Experience nice graphics, good sound effects and save your Dad, exploring gorgeous scenes with a good mix of easy and harder to find objects in this wonderful adventure game. So, the game begins when you open your eyes first for the past seven years...

A nurse in a hospital says you've been in coma and immediately sends you home. Your house seems rather sad, too, with its fireplace which hasn't seen fire for ages, and dust piles and locked doors. To unlock corridors you have to browse hidden object scenes which must be quite habitual for HOG fans. Serached items are very clear drawn so there will be no troubles with eyes straining. For casual mode it is possible to see an outline of the searched object. The second mode doesn't suppose such a hint. By the way, the hint look like an hour-glass which takes some time to refill but I used it once only. After another HOG scene is complete you receive a thing which will come in handy soon for you to go on investigating the house and looking for your father.

Spooky music fits the game name and gives the game a special atmosphere.

Watch out as there are objects for your inventory panel here and there and actually all of them will be needed by you sooner or later, so as soon as your cursor changes its shape, do not forget about exploring that area attentively.

After you've completed some initial tasks to find out how it all works, and fallen asleep on the cosy couch, there came a knock at the door and some friend of your missing father appeared. He brought shocking news and told you that your father had been killed by the corporation he had been working for, and also he told you a secret you never knew. You could travel in time while dreaming! So, it changes everything completely! You can use this special ability for good and attempt to make the future a worthwhile world to live in. And who knows, being able to travel in time, you could save your father, couldn't you? 

As for my personal impressions, I liked a lot of things about The Time Dreamer. It's mysterious, spooky, the objects are a little hard to find sometimes but it just adds to the challenge. The story is original and the graphics are great. Some characters are fun but they have a lot to say and they guide us into that strange atmosphere.

And this is the kind of story that I like.
