Treasure Seekers: The Enchanted Canvases - Search In Castle
Treasure Seekers: The Enchanted Canvases is developed and published by Artogon Games. The game is a new release that has a lot to offer and attract with.
The game gets you into an adventure in a mysterious castle. The goal is to help Nelly find her brother.
In this Hidden Object/adventure game, Nelly must search through 6 magic
paintings in a mysterious castle to find her missing brother.
The game offers two modes: Casual and Advanced. You must choose one
when you start a new game.
In Casual mode, the hint meter recharges
more often, and if you take a long time to click, you will see sparkles
on some important object in the scene.
Each scene in a painting has a title bar at the top that will tell you where you are.
There is no list of objects to find in this game. Instead, when you
click on a “key item” in a scene, you will see 5 or 6 bubbles pop up
that have black and white sketches of the items you need to find in
order to use the key object. When you find one of these items, click on
it, then click on the bubble it matches.
Bubble items you have already found will have a colored background. Once you have gathered all the bubble items, you will either be
able to collect the key item, or something in the scene will change and
you may see something that was behind the key item. Or something may
change somewhere else in the scene, like a hidden door opening. If
you’re not sure what to do after collecting all the bubble items, try
clicking the key item one more time.
The ingame hint system relies heavily on the cursor and on dialogue
from Nelly herself. If you’re not sure what to do next, click on any
object you have questions about and Nelly may make a comment that will
give you a hint.
There are following cursor symbols in the game that can be used by you. Cursor turns to hand: you can pick something up; cursor turns to magnifying glass: you can look more closely here; cursor turns to a face: you can talk to this character by clicking on them; gears: you can use an inventory item here; footprints: you can exit the scene here; puzzle piece: click here to open a mini-game.
The mini-games are exactly what you need - challenging but possible to solve. The graphics are very atractive and well done.
The game a lot to atract the genre fans, but you'd better check it out first with the trial version.
