Virtual City - Real Challenge

 

Virtual City is one of the latest games from G5 Entertainment. The game is to please the strategy games fans. 

 

The game has lots of work to do for the gamers. You are to do and control lots of things at the same time. To be responcible for the whole city isn't an easy thing to do after all.

 

 

You are to be a mayor in this game taking care of the citizens and actually creating the city.

 

Virtual City offers more than 50 levels in five different locations: Colorado, California, Michigan, Montana and New York.

 

There is also a Free Play mode with five large "sandbox" maps where you can unleash your inner mayor.

 

In this game you'll build the city of your dreams, whether it's a residential paradise or a thriving industrial center.

 

Balancing the five key parameters of success: Time, Income, Environment, Population, and Happiness you are to accomplish all kinds of tasks. Those include setting up mass-transit system to take your citizens to places like parks, cinemas and stadiums. 

 

Or making your city a more eco-friendly and safer place to live by recycling garbage, adding hospitals and fire stations, planting trees, and upgrading buildings. Or making citizens happier by launching spectacular public events. Or dealing with economic downturn, population crisis, and the consequences of natural disasters.

 

The game looks like a complex time-management game. For example, a goal might be 'deliver 3 magazines to the shopping mall' but you have to first deliver cotton to the paper mill, and ink to the paper mill for them to produce the magazine. 

  

 

Additionally, there will be more than 50 types of buildings to construct, 25 types of goods to transport and trade, 7 production chains to master, 16 special achievements to earn, and dozens of upgrades and buildings to unlock.

 

The game is colorful and extremely challenging. In other words it is well worth trying.
