There is a new evil witch after you and there are many unique creatures that don't exist in our world. 

Your mom had been busy with research for her new book before she disappeared. Now you have to head to the place she was seen last. There is just a little problem... the place doesn't exist. But you and your friend who joins you will make your way to this city and make your way through it rescuing your mom. Your friend is a shapeshifter and she can become ferret when needed. That is going to help you many times as you sort through clues and encounter interesting characters. The city your mom got lost in is a unique one. It is basically The Otherworld that you may know from the other games in the series. 

There is a new evil witch after you and there are many unique creatures that don't exist in our world. The story seems to repeat itself from the previous games of the series. It is a new family and a new trouble for them, but you are still fighting a bad witch. Though it is interesting to learn some background of the Sanders' family.

The audio-visuals of this game are rather good. The music is appropriately dark, yet the colors of the scenes are super bright and colorful. As for the gameplay content, the CE game has everything you would expect.

There are 36 collectible jigsaw puzzle pieces that provide you with information about characters and go into four jigsaw puzzles that you save as wallpaper. You need to find 34 morphing objects and can earn 11 achievements. The game offers a built-in strategy guide and a whole lot of downloadable media extras, like wallpaper, art, soundtrack etc... 

The hidden object scenes are usually a combination of different types of lists or a list and a mini-game. It is fun to unfold all those layers. The puzzles vary in difficulty from the easier ones to the more challenging ones.
