Woodville ChroniclesWoodville Chronicles - A Bit More Of Green Before The Winter

Woodville Chronicles is a newly released match-three game, that will give you an opportunity to get a little bit more of green now when there isn't even much yellow left outside for some of us.

This bright and juicy game challenges you to turn a small village into a

The enjoyable thing is that you can actually switch the modes playing a level.

Woodville Chronicles

The game doen't bring anything surprisingly new to the scene. And if you ever played any of the games of this genre you will know what to expect here. Though there one unique feature worth mentioning.

You will get a boad of tiles with different colored items on them. The task is to match three or more tiles in order to break all of the stone tiles.

The game features two categories of modes. One of them allows you to choose if you want to play with a time limit or without it. The other category offers you three ways of matching the tiles. So there is Swap mode, which  is the classic Bejeweled 3-in-a-row style of play.

Then there is the Chain mode , where you click and drag to group together several symbols of the same colour. And the last but not the least is  the Group mode. This one is similar to Chain, except that you can simply click on a colour and all the connecting blocks will go pop.

The enjoyable thing is that you can actually switch the modes playing a level. So if you are stuck, why being confused? Just switch the mode.

One more great thing is that you can rotate the board at any point to get even more opportunities for matches.

Woodville Chronicles

As you would expect from a match-three game, there are several power-ups available for you to make even more and bigger matches. Those will help you do things, like clear the whole rows etc.

There are also additional levels where you get to get the key through the board into a lock and get a new element for the game. All this hard labor is to earn some money and get new buildings and other stuff for the village.

As to the game's audio-visuals they are absolutely perfect for the kind of the game it is.

The game might not become your favorite one, but it is all good and flawless.
